Tom Frost

Tom is responsible for the overall strategic and operational direction of Frost. His time is spent in company management, sales & marketing, finance and organizational development. His background includes a 20 year successful career journey in the commercial banking industry. Tom came into the family business almost four years ago to function as Frost’s CFO focusing on capital acquisitions and helping to grow the business. He recently became President of the company. Tom has enjoyed the transition to private industry and counts it a privilege to work with the Frost team in sustaining and developing the Frost legacy which is now over 100 years old. Tom earned his MBA at Grand Valley State University.
